I dated a high level quad for about a year. Long distance but hey, as I’ve said in another post, we (dev/PWD) are a SMALL dating pool people. Take ALL the opportunities you get! I do! Anyway he hired aides to help him at home. However when we traveled, it was all me. I honestly tried to be as “professional “ as I could but let’s face it. When your helping with bowel and bladder routines it is what it is. Back to the topic....the first dinner was exactly as has been discussed. He said “hey Robert, I’m going to need help during dinner”. It was straightforward and sincere. I knew when I started seeing him it would be different. Not in a negative way just different. From then on the issue became a non-issue. I think at some point it became two plates one fork. Who cares. Yeah people stared but hell they’re gonna stare anyway. Each of us takes the other person, total package. If you truly care nothing is insurmountable. And from first hand experience I will agree with TotalBias. Sharing dinner is sexy as hell.
