Frightening children is a regular part of every day, haha. Halloween is just around the corner, hope it's warm enough for shorts!!

Bear in mind amputees are a secondary dev attraction (sorry Zack!) for me. And then only leg amps. For me always prosthetics unless they can't be used then either crutches or wheelchair as needed. Prosthetics can either be sleek, funky, sporty or industrial looking. I like to see the workings though, not the moulded type or with a cosmesis. Crutches need to be metal forearm, not the wooden underarm type. Oh, and I really dislike osseointegration. R. I basically agree with all of this except I'm pretty equal on the prosthetics, wheelchair or crutches. The guy would be attractive in all 3😊 And no offence taken at all... Secondary attraction is just fine with me. (I get that this is "para"devo and not "amp"devo) and I agree on the osseointegration thing... Not sure what your reasons would be for disliking that? But I don't like the idea of a metal rod drilled into bone and exiting the body. Seems like so many possibilities for infection and complication. To be fair I really don't know much about it beyond my own assumptions.

I haven't heard of anyone doing ossseointegration for a BK leg but its becoming pretty common for AK amputees. I personally know of two different guys who are somewhat shorter DAK amputees who had it done. It sounds horrific but if you can actually walk with prosthetics afterwards it seems to be worth it. As a dev I am not a fan because I don't like the look of metal sticking out of a stump.

Cool. My below knee legs look I stole them from a robot, black tubes and chrome fittings. My arm is a super cool shiny black carbon fibre with a blue rubber hand and an iPhone app to dial it in. I'm totally cyber punk!! Sounds very cool I've always liked prosthetics, but it's not really a hard preference. I always found it really cool to see a guy put on his prosthetics and take them off
