Hmm ...the idea intrigues me ever more. erikajulia , pam , what would you enjoy reading about? Just the dating bits? Or just life in general, how I manage as a ...let's call it high-functioning blind person? I am still very much finding my feet in what would be interesting and what wouldn't be for the people here, I would very much appreciate your thoughts. devogirl yours as well of course, given I would primarily do this for blindness devs and perhaps other blind pwds. Let me know if we need to move this to a different thread :-)

Of course, I would like to read about your dating and relationship experiences. Also interesting would be stories about interesting or funny things that have happened to you, whether they have to do with blindness or not. I enjoy hearing other people's stories about their lives.

Yes, please do share your experiences! Whatever you want to share is fine, either about dating or just everyday life, whatever. It doesn't have to be just about sex. As dolly says, a lot of us would rather watch a PWD make a sandwich than see them star in a porn video. You keep saying you are high functioning, so maybe share some details on that. How did you get those skills, what are they specifically, how did you lose your sight?
If you want to post on the stories site, you can. Not everything there has to be fiction. Message Lee to set up an account for you. If that's too much trouble, you can start a new thread here in the stories folder. We have several members who post bits about their lives there so you're definitely not the only one.

Ok I am convinced. I am doing this thing. I will shoot Lee a message :-) This sounds like a fun long-term project and I'm excited :-)
