Hi, everyone!

So, this is a little shameless self-advertisement...lol. I already made a post on the stories blog, but wanted to post here too because I'm not sure how much overlap there is between the two sites these days. Anyway, I've been working for the last few months to revamp some of my stories, finish some of my unfinished stories, and create some new stuff, too. I'm VERY excited about everything that is in the works! I will occasionally still share things on the stories blog, but most of my content will now be posted to my Patreon. Right now the structure is that the first/basic tier gives you access to one short/self-contained story a month and then the next tier is like an all-access tier where you can view updates on WIPs, read the longer form stories (like what would be posted on the PD Stories blog), and suggest (and/or possibly participate in -- if there's interest...honestly, still working on this one, lol) story prompt writing exercises. Really, my goal is for it to be a community...because we can all use more little corners of the internet like this!

I hope that some of you might check it out and decide to join me over there

(...BUT I also understand that we're all up to our eyeballs in subscriptions these days)

EJ that's awesome! I'm so impressed that you're doing this. If it makes it easier, I've noticed that a lot of comics artists don't try to make wholly separate material for Patreon. Usually you're paying for early access to things that will be posted for free elsewhere later. Take care not to burn out. I think most people are happy to support creators and don't necessarily expect a ton of content, so don't pressure yourself too much.

Thanks so much for the kind words and the advice! Actually, that does help! I already support some creators that structure their Patreon like that and was kind of considering that early access type model. I think that's ultimately what I'll end up doing. It's just hard to know what people will be receptive to, you know? Sooo, everyone please just bear with me here as I stumble along and figure stuff out. Lol.
