I'm just as much (if not more) into it as before but had an active sex life before my accident. I started really young as well.
I was 19 when I was injured.

Interesting question
I can offer the perspective of a man of 60 that began using a chair 20 years ago. I think it is safe to say I have adult acquired disability that is progressive. I can say that sex, and intimacy are as important to me now as they were in my 20s. What I can say is that the emotional aspects of sex-for me-have been enhanced, the physical aspects of sex-for me-are just as good. And I acknowledge that ED issues have impacted the physical extensively, I am able to give and receive pleasure to the extent I did in my younger life, the physicality-oral-is changed, but just as good. It is also different now as the physical attraction in some ways is almost mutually assured. That in and of its self is an unanticipated benefit of time and experience.
If anyone cares I got a new “Ti” on order. The contest is to see what gets here first, spring or my chair. Cheers!
