I would think that non dev women can also find their PWD partner attractive including the disability and that they just like in any other relationship explore sexuality and intimacy on different levels including their partner's disabled body. I also believe there may be women who don't know they are devs but they actually are. Which sometimes makes me wonder if we're making too big of a deal about our dev attraction...

I think human beings are creature of habit. Our “normal” standards of physical attractiveness are no more than a summary of common appearances and the intuition to find the most survivable/ fertile partner. So I always believe if you are with a partner long enough you are biased towards finding him/her physically attractive. Of course the preference of abled/disabled bodies will still be there, but the intimacy will definitely triumph. Maybe like we still think our partners hot while also gawking at a movie star lol

I think though that many women dating people with disabilities or married to people with disabilities are "looking past" the disability though, which is really different from devotees who enthusiastically embrace the disability.
