I've had chronic back pain for years and years and just recently tried a rub on stick made by a local company and it has helped quite a bit, so I was wondering if maybe there might be something comparable or potentially even better.
Thanks!

Icy hot patches help my pain with scoliosis and whatnot. Prescription lidocaine ones are the best my insurance won't pay for them anymore.

Ahh, yeah. Definitely looking for OTC options. Thanks for the tip on the icy hot!

As caregiver to my mom, I applied Salon Pas patches to her back for a couple of years prior to her back surgery. Mom said they helped her pain significantly, after kyfoplasty she no longer needed Salon Pas. us.hisamitsu/
