I recognize that this board goes through lulls but, even so, I’ve found it a consistently invaluable resource over the years. (Even as a guest who wasn’t actively participating.) Throughout waves of uncertainty, of desire, and even despair, there have been pieces that I’ve clung to, and for which I am eternally grateful. devogirl A constant presence. A voice of reason. Openly sharing the writing in her diary. A cornerstone, truly. Dani ruthmadison annabelle devogirl Speaking of writing, everything shared by all the writers on the site, and publishing on Kindle Unlimited. When fiction is the only escape to access and indulge your desires, these stories offer a relief to that deep-seated curiosity (or ache). rebeckers84 So eloquently articulating what this attraction looks like as respectful, consensual partners. For normalizing it and differentiating us from problematic (and inaccurate) associations or behaviours. I've shared that podcast interview with my most trusted, closest friend when I couldn't find the words to express my feelings myself. The PWD users of this site I considered posting this in the General section (because I know that none of them will ever, ever "accidentally" see it here), but I didn't want to centre them in this post. Still, feeling validated is incredibly powerful. Without sounding melodramatic, I just wanted to send out some recognition and gratitude. What you've all shared is important, helpful, and appreciated.

Thank you for the mention! I hope you'll stick around and mingle with us again. Being a dev is such a journey and though we share commonalities, how we deal with it is still very individual for each person. But...you are in the company of like-minded and understanding people.
