I’ve got a question for the devs who found their pwd partners through dating apps: how much did you actually have to swipe left to eventually be able to swipe right and find your guys?

LMAO I did an experiment. Just over 50,000 swipes on Bumble and Hinge combined (with a 30 year age range and very few dealbreakers) showed me a total of… 25 wheelers. Not just ones I swiped right on, ALL of them. So that’s about the ratio you can expect. PS I only told you the ratio for those apps because they were by far the best 😭😞 happy hunting…

No swiping but I found my PWD hubby on OkCupid. I think I messaged about 4-5 guys in the surrounding area that had wheelchairs in their profiles. I think I was sorta liberal in the distance requirement and looked in the surrounding states and over the Canadian border.
