Good Day to all, I'm Kim, a bi / pretender / wannabe. I have been using braces, crutches, chair part time for over 30 years . I have been through a lot of your posts, and hope I have not crossed the line by joining and posting my intro. The mentality and attatude of this group seems to be well above some I have belonged to. I would like to chat about your different feelings regarding pretender / wannabe vs real life chair / brace users . Thaks, Kim

Hi there, Kim.
This forum is for devotees of men with disabilities.
If you fit in that description, you are more than welcome.
Otherwise, you'll have to decide for yourself.

I have used a condom cath before, nothing like a internal, I'm sure. Well, that truly and really clears up the 'is Kim a he or she' question for me. Why the name Kim on a guy, I am curious? I am leaning towards pretender/transabled/gender-dysphoric and/or gay or bi. Forgive me and correct me if I am wrong. We have a few gay/bi wheelers on the board from posts I have read. You know, I live to be educated and enlightened, but right now I am totally confused.

In response to AB's confusion, I'm a male, long time pretender, for sure transabled, also mild BIID, 90% hetro / 10% bi. My main interest is in meeting / chatting with women that have a interest in disabled guys. As I said in my intro. I do not want to step on any toes, or cause any problems. You have a good share of real disabled guys here, I'm just looking for a place to try and fit in. I can tell by reading some of your messages, you have a tight little group going on here . I take my screen name from a girl I once knew that I had a relationship with years ago. She was into my being transabled and we had a few good years together. We had different ideas about the future, and went our own ways . I love to answer questions, so ask away . Kim

for sure transabled, also mild BIID I'd be curious to know your definition of the words Kim. If you have BIID, you're transabled. If you're transabled, you have BIID. I invented the word "transabled" several years ago. It is meant to be a less "medical model" label for people who have Body Indentity Integrity Disorder. A bit like the word transsexual represents those who have Gender Identity Disorder. But I'd love to know your understanding of the word!

Caucasian is as interesting as Hispanic. "Really, you're Caucasian? What what part of Caucasia are you from? Is that near Hispania?"

That reminds me of Jr. high when people called me Wednesday... before goth hit the mid-west. It would have been a great come back of some sort

Hispania was the Imperial [Roman] name for Spain throughout the existence of the Western Empire.
...Caucasia I believe is a catch-all term for the region in southern modern-day Russia, the northern Middle East and Eastern Europe.
