Here's an idea ladies: get dumped, change your hair colour! I used to be blonde (as you can see) but the hair dye came out in a fit of randomness the other day. The end result is awesome. Bad feelings about the ex be gone!!!!

Haha That's why I went red! My on again off again(on again at the moment) BF had our latest break up a few months ago and I decided to reinvent myself. It's funny how something as simple as hair dye can be extremely therapeutic. Good luck with the new color and the new attitude!

I am soooo sorry to hear about your situation Claire Not good...but at least you've got a fantastic new look  Makes me wonder why women in general reinvent themselves because of a man - in either situation: girl after guy or guy doesn't want girl anymore...hey at least we've always got a good reason to spend mega-bucks in the salon hahaha |

I know why I did it...just to get rid of the person I was when I was with him as the memories are too raw and painful. Getting rid of photos and jewelry etc is easy, but I had to look at myself every day n see who I was. I know this sounds so depressing! Haha but at least now seeing myself as a brunette makes me look shiny and new. The pain will go away eventually too. And no real money was spent - dyed it myself! We could have had a disaster...like my head could have gone bright orange! But I guess it was meant to be
