Hi! I´m Gaby. I’m 24 and I live in Mexico City. I’ve always been attracted to disability but I didn´t know until last week that this attraction has a name. The truth is that I don´t feel guilty about being devotee because I’m not hurting anyone; nevertheless, it is very very weird so I’ve never told to my family and friends that I’m a dev…. maybe someday I will tell them.
Well, that’s all… I’m happy to be part of this board.
P.S. Please forgive my terrible grammar…

Lovely photo, Lord Chatterley, but I don't recall ever reading that Alexander the Great was deaf. It said on wikipedia that he had scoliosis or something. Am I missing something?

Honestly, I reckon they just make it up on wiki. Alexander is quite well-known to have been deaf in one ear - that's how you identify sculptures of him - you always imagine him craning his neck and saying "pardon?"

No no Tri, Gaby posted on another thread that she likes deaf guys.
Haha, yes I know wikipedia just makes things up but I've really never encountered the deaf in one ear theory for why he's always pictured with his head turned to the side. I thought it was because of a twisted neck/spine. Hm, must do more research!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! At first I didn't understand the pic that Lord Chatterley posted but it makes sense now that I know that Alexander was deaf in one ear... Thank you for the information. You learn something new everyday! Triassic, amputees aren't my type... I prefer deaf guys, quads and paras
