Of the three girls who've helped me out, two were exes I saw while home for Xmas break, and the third just finished school this past semester. So I don't have anyone available in Boston. So far masturbation has had no effect, and following sex I've only been able to pee for about an hour or two vs. the 24 hours following blowjobs. wheelieInCali My urologist said the worst thing to do is push hard as apparently the muscles involved can be permanently damaged quite easily. Before I met with him I did try your suggestion and had a bit of success, but not much. I won't be forcing it again though. I know this whole thing is incredulous. Some day I'm sure I'll look back on the incident with the sense of humor you guys have towards it, but for now I just fucking hate catheters. If I can be done with them I'll do whatever it takes. If I can't work out something I guess I'll just try normal dating but as you other quads know that can take some time (which I may not have) and trying to get regular head won't help. Thanks for everyone with serious advice.

The only other muscle you use besides the push muscle is relaxing the sphincter muscle that holds the bladder closed. Pissing is a very articulated act. You can either do it voluntarily or you can't. Quit "quoting" fancy urologists like you're request is legitimate. I'm not going to help another dev get duped into a bad relationship with a jerk. Enough of us wheelers are already getting a bad rap from crap like this. I think you're a faker honestly though.

I can push my bladder, but since I normally can't relax the sphincter it just strains with no urination. Since this muscle isn't designed for that use, my urologist stressed that I shouldn't push if I can't release or I'll do permenant damage. The only time I've been able to voluntarily relax the sphincter has been following three separate blowjobs I got in December. I broke my c5 3.5 years ago, spent a year in a power wheelchair and a year in a manual wheelchair before starting to walk with crutches. Everything else has come back slowly, why is it so hard to believe that control over the sphincter is returning in patches as well? I've been in the neurorecovery network at BMC for about 4 months and I'm sure that has at least as much to do with it as the bjs themselves. Today I sweat from my lower back for the first time as well (previously I couldn't sweat below my nipples.) Things are changing for me, and this just happens to be one of the muscles I'm regaining control over. If I'm abstinent, will the function return? maybe, maybe not. But why risk not recovering that function.
Do you think RayT is making it up too? Just because I'm going through something uncommon doesn't make me a jerk or less deserving of your consideration.
The absolute last thing i want to do is get involved with a girl under false pretenses just so she can give me head; that's why I'm being upfront. I've gotten some good insight here but a lot of you have got chips on your shoulders.

ok...i'm assuming youre on the level here, dude; cuz what you say about bj's DOES make some sense. it sounds like you just need suction on your penis to stimulate the urination.
there are machines which duplicate fellatio. i've heard of one called MOR. its an acronym for something but i forget what. do some web searches w/keyhords like 'blowjob, machine, fellatio, MOR' etc...

Thanks triassic, I'll take a look for that. I met with my old case manager today and she's heard of something similar. So I'll be looking at that too. If it works it would be much simpler for me, I hope it does!

Gee, I've never heard or even used this pickup method, but poor guy only needs some 68. For those who don't know what a 68 is, it's similar to 69 but he will owe you one!!

Thanks E, somebody mentioned that to me yesterday. I'm trying to find a way to test it, it's way too expensive to buy on a whim. BUT, if it works, problem solved! I'm hoping if it is realistic enough I can just close my eyes and get enough arousal through fantasy to pee afterwards. Have you used it personally? If so, how does it compare?
