Ok, so the next book club live chat will be Wednesday Feb. 23 at 8 PM EST. I'll start the discussion thread two days before, to give people time to post if they want to.
Both chat and discussion thread are open to all devs. I hope we get some new voices, and people who missed last month.

Shoot, now I'll have to choose between this and my weekly game night that I will have missed two weeks of... Well, I've read the book and our discussion last time was incredible, so I guess I'll be here with you guys!

I can't wait for our dev book club discussion next week. For those if you who don't know its February 23rd at 8pm EST and also on the calendar at the top of the website. How many people here other than myself, Devogirl and Ruth are reading the book? Z28, Annabelle, Circe....you all expressed interest and we would love to have you there. I hope some of your newer devs who contacted me (I'll keep you anonymous in case that's what you want) will join us on Skype.
I finished the book a few days ago and did think it was good. Not as good at (W)hole but definitely better than last months Avatar fan fiction reading. I took some notes and dog eared some of the good dev scenes.

Yeay! I'm re-reading it now in preparation for next week. There's still time to participate! For those of you on the fence about reading a romance about an amputee and not a para, let me add that the character prefers to use a wheelchair over prostheses, so there's lots of chair scenes. Also he designs and builds racing and off-road chairs. There's some discussion of wheelchair design and utility, if you like that kind of thing. I do!
Also remember the live chat is optional. I will open a thread to discuss the book next week, so you can just post there if you prefer. Please hold off on spoilers until then!
If you want to participate in the chat, PM me or Emma with your Skype ID. If you haven't participated before, just come online on Skype at the designated time and we'll add you to the conference call.

My copy of "The Morning Side of Dawn" by Justine Davis just arrived the other day. Interestingly, the sender address was: Unit 12, Bus. Dev. Centre, Main Ave., CF37 5UR ;D. I think I need to shop there again .
