I just took the Myers-Briggs and I'm an ESFJ which is quite different from the trend here so far. Alot of the description rang true with me though. I've never had much trouble expressing my emotions and i've always been very social. I find it interesting to see the range of personality types here that still share the common dev factor. I suppose the two aren't so connected then...it would make for very interesting psychological study material.

I've just done mine and am also ISFJ
You are: very expressed introvert slightly expressed sensing personality moderately expressed feeling personality slightly expressed judging personality
I would agree, am very shy, really happy in my own company. A Prof where I worked described me as an emotional thermometer in I can pick up slight nuisances in the way people are eg see if someone is stressed or upset when others can't.

AQ=39.... *shrug* YET, I'm always being told how much "fun" I am... I work really hard to overcome my natural tendencies... so no one ever believes me when I say I'm "not good" at social stuff... it's all the product of YEARS of work!! LOL Same here! I can be the life of the party, but when I get home, I crash. You can learn to be an extrovert.... I'm not sure it works the other way. It's so interesting how many of us are introverts and/or have high AQ scores! (Blueeyes excluded! ) We need to find a dev psychologist, I find all this very intriguing and am not informed enough to draw any conclusions.

I'm an INTJ--- a mastermind! We make up 1-2% of the population. The person from the organization I was tested in association with was curious to know more about me because in 20 years of administering the test he had never had another INTJ. Of course, we were in a small town, so maybe that doesn't mean much-- he probably administered 40 to 60 tests a year.
No chance of being on the spectrum though. Actually, that associate sort of freaks me out. I am still trying to overcome my own discomfort that is produced by people with ASD's after being violently assaulted by a friend with Asperger's. While logically I realize that his assault probably only had limited connections with his condition, but what has stuck with me is how many of our fellow friends excused his behavior and TIED it to the disorder. Now that I've went off on a tangent . . .

In all seriousness though, INTJs are quite rare in the population as a whole. I've only met one other INTJ IRL. Aww jeez. It's very frustrating when people excuse things like that. I had a similar experience with a guy who'd had a little too much, and it took me awhile to get comfortable in a party scene because of it. Regardless of extenuating circumstances, an act of violence shouldn't be brushed off.

Guess I should actually do that MB test thing. Okay, here's my result: ISFJ
Not sure what the means!
Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging Strength of the preferences % 89 12 50 44
very expressed introvert slightly expressed sensing personality moderately expressed feeling personality moderately expressed judging personality
So that's the same as Tabby_Cat

I've just been reading my description and it says this: "and can deal with disability and neediness in others better than any other type. " ETA: Someone just pointed out to me the unfortunate pairing of disability and neediness. I did notice that and am terribly uncomfortable with the website making that connection, so I wanted to clarify so that no one thinks that I would make any link between disability and neediness. That is entirely the opinion of the people on that website and I vehemently disagree with the linking of those things!
