It was quite the sight I must admit...some better than others lol. I'm from Canada originally, grew up there and moved over here to explore some of my family heritage a few years ago. My mother's family are all from England.

How does it differ as far as the people there? Is it similiar demographically to where you were? I know that Vancouver is very diverse.

I'm from Ottawa originally and London is probably more diverse. It really is a melting pot culturally. I felt at home very quickly here but I don't know if it has something to do with the british influence in Canada - the whole thing about being part of the commonwealth. I grew up watching alot of british t.v. shows because my parents were really into it. Over here now they seem to be showing alot of Canadian programming. I love going back there to visit. I probably appreciate it more now strangely that I don't live there.

You know, I just want to thank you Lucretia...I think this was a great career move. Now when people disagree with me, and tell me I'm wrong...it won't hurt my feelings...I'll just tell them ''no S*%%!

I've lived in the UK for 5 years now and am still discovering things I haven't explored, I absolutely love it. There are some great little villages out in the middle of nowhere with old pubs loaded with character. Then of course the big cities...just happened to see a whole load of naked people on bicycles parading through Covent Garden in London today. Never a dull moment. lol www.guardian.co.uk/environment/green-living-blog/2010/jun/14/cyclists-world-naked-bike-rideOMG!!.... LOL... that´s too much skin under the sun!! LOL

I doubt the footage would make it onto the 'Cops' tv program...could you imagine a bunch of macho, homophobic cops making the arrests? ''Lets put him in your car''...''hell no!, he's going in yours'' that would be fun to watch

Maybe that episode has already been made, but it never made it to air? hehe. In this case, everyon's face has been blurred out..... Do not adjust the settings on your tv.....

LookNoHands: can I ask you about something? How do you wheel with your arm prosthetics? It would seem a bit complicated? Have you got some special wheels on your chair? I hope you don´t mind me asking ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) .

Great question...initially when I was a complete para...basically a quad...I used a power chair. Now that I use a manual almost exclusively...I can use one foot to propel myself, and have been working on using my prosthetics to push as well.
