This is a question for the SCI guys out there. I hope it won't be considered too personal.
My impairment is with my peripheral nervous system. CNS is normal, and so my sexual function is normal. What I'm wondering is how SCI affects your 'horniness'. I don't mean one's overarching sexuality, or the nuts and bolts of how you actually have sex, but rather that feeling that comes on of itself periodically or when you see someone attractive, that is to say-normal horniness. Which is normally taken care of by orgasm-either self administered or with a little friendly help.
But in most cases SCI makes this problematic, even impossible; or anyway different from pre-injury. How does this reality affect the way you experience horniness?

I get as horny as most ab guys. Cant get an erection through thinking about it though, has too be a manual thing. But on the plus side, I can only cum in one position so in general sex I keep hard as long as played with, which is a plus in the sex department!

ive always been highly interested in sex..as often as possible,,,subtracting the long, painful years of my former marriage post-injury when i shut that part of my make-up down totally...but its all alive and well now,,,i do have occassional ED due to blood pressure & diabetic probs but rarely have any problem when stimulation is provided...i have levitra as a backup and i look at taking the pill as a confidence thing,,,as w/ wheelie, im pretty much good to go as long as there's stimulation...self-stimulation is a waste of time due to lack of sensation,,,the only time i have ever ejaculated was with a very enthusiastic, talented partner who could remove the chrome off of a bumper hitch...too bad she couldnt keep her mouth shut otherwise roflmao...
