Hey everyone. I stumbled upon this site today and actually was curious about the community after reading one or two posts in this message board. So, as my mom seems to have succeeded in teaching me some manners, I will first of all introduce myself to you. Most people meeting me describe me as either bold, cunning, impressive or all of that together. I think of myself as a quite average male in his mid-20s. I enjoy parties, travelling around the world, hanging with friends - having almost finished my studies, this might change a bit soon though. Plus, I find myself quite thoughtful and reflecting at times. I grew up and still live in Central Europe. Yes, English is not my native language, don't tell me you didn't notice until now because I might feel flattered and blush then. Oh, and I am sitting in an electric wheelchair due to a disease called SMA (the curious ones can check wikipedia). Now, at the moment I am pretty open to anything you guys and gals here have to offer in regards of sharing thoughts, talks or whatever. I like to get to know interesting people. I am not here to find a partner, just curious about the dev thing. So, if you think of yourself as an interesting person or just want to talk to me for whatever reason, I will be looking forward to replies/PMs. And look out for a short story that I will post very soon, it is based on a real event out of my life so you might get some further insights.

Impressive intro Nordic. I never would have guessed English was not your first language I agree with Lavly it's nice to have someone come here to learn about devs and not assume we will all immediately try to hook up with him. Welcome feel free to take a look around, read old posts and ask questions.

Thanks for the welcomes and Emma for making me blush (Which part of don't do that did you not understand? ). I can totally understand guys coming here to meet someone. Finding out there might be people who are into something you experienced to scare most people away will most likely get your hopes high. But that is like being into anything else - just because somebody has it, doesn't mean you automatically want to hook up with this person. Or did I get something wrong here? Btw, lavly, you quote a Persian poet - any special connection to that? Because I've been to Iran recently, awesome country with great people despite the bad reputation it has.

Wow, awesome! Iran can take my credits for having the largest amount of honest, kind-hearted and beautiful women I ever saw in one place. Been there for about one week only but I was really impressed by the difference between the usual European/Western perspective and actually being there.
Accessibility-wise: Bring some people to help carry the wheelchair around and find a taxi where it fits in ;D But since the male Persians also share the same openness and are very helpful, it was a great experience which I would love to repeat some day. Hmm, even thinking of it makes me want to go back...
