... i just want to have a rant and the fact that this show could have been the best dev show ever yet it fails so badly !

first of all they have an ab playing the roll of a guy with cp. ummm he is such a bad actor ... i feel like yelling at him everytime he is on screen. would it be so hard to get a guy with cp to play that role? what ... ppl with cp cant act? come on its 2011!!! even if that was true ... the dude in that role is the worst actor ever ... so why would it matter ?

and then there was that guy that gets shot and is in a chair for a bit ... oh wait they did the hollywood thing on him and now he is walking ... its a merical.

he is the worst sci guy i have seen on screen ... like what ? writters do you your reacerch! so that your actors dont look like idiots !


it just makes me mad cos i love the show with out the dev stuff and i wish they could have added dev stuff to the mix .

having said all that im still glad that they didnt make the sons cp a topic for convo. as in they didnt play in to the pity party thing. he is just a dude living life and thats preaty cool in me. its good when media and popular culture gets with the times and realises we all live with some thing that makes us different ... a disbilty is just one more thing that makes life a unique experiences.

Lavly, the actor who plays the sons isn't AB, he does have CP.

He does have CP, but much more mild than his character and some of the statements he has made are pretty bad from a disability rights perspective.

My problem with the show is that there's so little about the son. The father doesn't ever seem to even notice him. I have a hard time believing that the main character is married to his wife or loves his son. I don't feel it at all. The guy has way more chemistry with the drug partner than his own family.

Despite all the hype and how much people seem to love it, I've never made it past the fifth episode. I really dislike it.
