So at chat last night I asked for some opinions about the cover for the book I'm working on now. It wasn't very positive! lol. Here are three possible covers. Please, please, please tell me which (if any) you like, which you don't like, and share any thoughts at all that you have. It's super important to me that this cover grab attention and make you excited to read this story!    |

I'd go with the first, especially because of the mixt message (a guy in a wheelchair feeling no different at a concert - in other words, belonging), but the picture used doesn't have a great quality.
The third design is more classy, but it really doesn't tell me anything. Maybe a combination of first and the third?

Definitely the 'crowd surfin' babyyyy....that one grabs attention, and almost immediately says 'hhey, there are going to be differences with a rocker in a chair!!'

I watched American Idol last night, and I was floored with the natural talent - just amazing vocals on at least three of them. I wanna chairdude that can bring an audience to their feet, uh, ironically unlike the performer. ; )

Hmmm. Now I'm not sure about the rights for that picture. Will have to look into it!
I asked my friend to readjust her cover also, removing the standing figure and moving the title more centered.

Definately like the first cover the best. If there are copyright issues my next choice would be the third, but jazzed up a bit. Can't wait for the book Ruth, lovin' the storyline!

Thanks! ;D I'm very excited about this plot too and I'm working on it really fast because I'm so inspired by it. And thanks to everyone for the feedback. I'll have some new/edited ones soon. |

I voted for "b" on your site, I like the crowd surfing thing, very dramatic and eye catching to me. Hopefully you can use something like that. If the picture is not available for use, I will gladly volunteer the use of my crippled services for a picture! I look forward to your book Ruth, it sounds like it will be some fine reading.
