It's one week until the official launch! ;D **Happy Dance**
A second edition of (W)hole is coming out and it's been changed pretty significantly. The big change is that Stewart has a lot more point of view sections now. Most of Elizabeth's journey remains unchanged, but I did tweak some parts that I realized (because of conversations here!) weren't working the way I intended.
Because so many of you have already read (W)hole, I'm giving away a coupon code to download a free copy of the new version. I wish I could afford to give you all free paperback copies! But alas, e-version will have to do. I didn't want to spread the coupon code all over the Internet, so I'm putting it in the Dev Love Press www.devlovepress.com newsletter and on my www.ruthmadison.com newsletter (which is more of a "you get an update whenever something comes out, which is not that often"). I don't want anyone to miss out!
So please sign up and you can cancel the subscription after you get the code if you really want to!
I hope that you'll be inspired to leave some reviews (particularly because the reviews currently on there are for the old version. I didn't want to give it a new page because then I would lose all the placing in Amazon ranking).
If you're not up for that, there's something you can do anonymously that will really help! You can add "tags" to the book page. Here is the link: www.amazon.com/dp/B004XJCKSY Just press "TT" and a box will pop up, copy and paste this list in: disability, devotee fiction, paralyzed, paralysed, disabled hero, wheelchair, disabled, devotee, disability devotee, wounded hero, wounded hero romance, devoteeism, paraplegic, wheel chair.
Thank you so much for all you do to spread the word about my work. This book is my heart and my soul. I'm so grateful that I've been able to share it with you all and that it has grown (and gotten a sequel) because of you.
Another thing I'm going to be doing is a video interview about the re-release. If there are questions you'd like to have answered about the book or the new version or the writing in the first place, let me know and I'll have Brad (who will be interviewing me) ask them! Then I'll post the YouTube video here.
I'll put some tweets up next week that you can send out on twitter if you're up for it.
This is the start of something great, I'm sure of it. The first official release of a new publishing house that will bring the world more novels from people who care about disability issues. I'm excited and I hope that you are too!
I have so many new projects that I'm working on and I'm so anxious to share all of them with you!
