My sincere apologies on missing today's session I am truly disappointed but had unexpected visit from friends and unfortunately could not leave until now. I will personal message both people on my thoughts of their stories so far. I have at least done the reading and will now empart my thoughts personally, equally I can Skype and talk to both Ruth & TC in person tomorrow at the same time as today .

Yay! I'm definitely interested in participating again... I *might* have something to submit, I'm not sure. I tend to write really long pieces and not sure how beneficial it would be to have such a short snippet workshopped... but we'll see.
I was fine hosting and depending on scheduling would be happy to do so again.

Thanks again for everyone's input and ideas for my story. I did miss you Spurs but not to worry and I hope you had a fun evening. Unfortunately I'm a bit over committed this week to join you on Skype but would appreciate your feedback notes and anyone else's from the workshop. I found it very helpful. I am looking forward to next month's, definitely count me in. Lucretia you did a sterling job keeping it organized and a fantastic smiley face teacher and Ximena excellent hosting On another note can someone fill me in on this Nanowrimo business. I don't understand it, is there loads of them or one official one. How can you register? When does it start? Also just a suggestion, if the submissions are a bit thin on the ground perhaps we could set a flash fiction project for everyone to participate eg a story on x or a quote... 500 words. Flash Fiction I find helps teach you to tighten up your writing.

That's an interesting idea (flash fiction) ESP if you picked a theme or a picture or something that everyone had to write about.

I could moderate, since I won't be being workshopped this time...

OK, so I host, Ruth moderates...
Anyone have anything they're working on that they'd liked to get workshopped next? That could maybe help us determine when to schedule the next one.

Lucretia and I have a piece that we just need to do some last edits on. We'll have it ready ASAP

I think I'll have something to shop this time around. I'm sad I had to miss last time.

Looking forward to the submissions for this month. Any chance of posting here when you've put it one the google group as it is really depressing going and checking there only to see the box empty

Would the 4th be too soon? (Assuming everyone wanted to do Sunday again)?

Sunday suits me.

Doing these on first Sundays of the month is a bit stressful for me! But it worked last time to go from VA to home in time for it, so I should be able to manage.

Well, we could do second Sunday, then, if that would work better for everyone. I'm not really married to anything in particular.

On second thought, though, the first Sunday is good because we won't have all gotten buried by NaNoWriMo yet! I think we should do the 4th.

The fourth should be good for me, may depend upon what time?
