Lol! I will definitely post an excerpt of my Nano 2013 project like I did last year's on my blog. I'll also probably talk about it more there this time as I go since I'm actually planning on doing it (unlike last year).

So am I the only PD'er doing NaNo this year?? Been having trouble staying focused on that project instead of others... But have gotten some decent progress today...

Here's what Marshall (the DA guy) has to say about how people look at him:

Sometimes I feel like a Mardi Gras float being moved from one site to another in the off-season: whenever I drift by, no matter what people are doing, they stop to look up and gape, their minds working, wondering. If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me, “What’s wrong with you?,” I wouldn’t need my insurance to pay for my surgery. Today’s no different. Even though most people are busy with their lunches and their conversations, or bent over their smart phones--honestly, what did we do with our time before those came along?--heads still pop up, turn, to watch the sideshow. I’m too tired to think of a new story, so either I’ll tell the succinct truth, like I did with Josh last night, or I’ll fall back on one of my favorites. Perhaps the one in which I come from a circus family and I decided to try imitating my father’s trapeze act with disastrous consequences. It’s surprising how many people buy that one without any questions. It’s all in the delivery. Bill Murray deadpan, with an added frown and hint of regret in the eyes.

I'm a little behind, but hoping I'll catch up soon.

I am working on novelizing our story so far... if I get any good excerpts, I'll pass them along.

How is the writing going? I've managed to fit in 4k words on an old story but thats it :/

I've got about 26K, so I'm about on target, even though it doesn't feel like it!

I knew I'd be too busy launching Love In Touch this month to do Nano. Hopefully next year!
