What a wonderful end to my absolutely terrible Friday the thirteenth. I was feeling so deflated after finishing up all my finals today, but the new segment to the story just picked me right back up.
I'm absolutely loving it. I do see a theme forming, and you make a good point. Up until now, I would say that my favourite story had been Neil's. At first I thought it was because of the legbraces, but now I see the common tie is guys who are real jerks. Hmmm.

Well you have just made my day. I got home after an awful morning shopping (am I odd - I'm a woman that hates shopping?) and there waiting for me was the latest episode of this excellent story. Thanks Lee for making MY day! Julie

I think that guys like this are only acting like jerks to cover up their vulnerability and loneliness and so it's up the the girl (or guy) to overcome this. I work with a guy very much life Elliot who was an absolute shit to everyone he spoke to but then his Prince Charming joined the company and it was like a magic wand had cast a spell over him. He is now a lovely man, happy in his relationship and kindness itself. Have a happy day folks Julie

I've known more people who were the opposite: nice guys until that wrong girl/guy came along and made them bitter as hell.
