LEE: Finally getting around to posting, excuse my tardiness. I LOVE the new work, of course. From a devo perspective you know the new story is damn amazing. Now, from a real-life persepctive... are those real words? 'Cause I was the girl who took intro to college algebra three times and STILL failed, and I think you're making all this math crap up. Otherwise you're even smarter than I already thought you were and it's not fair for you to be a good writer AND good in math and I think I hate you.
(Love you!)

Those are real words, Princess. Can I get some confirmation from any mathematicians in the peanut gallery? Any math problems need to be solved? I always got praised for my creative writing, but when it comes to expository writing and constructing a decent essay about the works of, say, James Joyce... I can't write for shit. But I AM a good musician. It all balances out, see?

Lee, if I were single and we lived in the same time-zone, I'd so do you. My Nepali words are real, can I be smart, too? I'm jealous now.

Princess, I'll do you even though you live in a different time zone and are not single.... you cute redheads drive me nuts....
But you probably wouldn't like me... I'm too damn healthy. (And I'm not an asshole, which women seem to love.)

Let's hear it for mathy musicians, Lee (says the computer science major lyric soprano). Loving this stuff, guys. More more more!

Luckily for me it's the end of the day and I can now go to bed and dream of Lise helping Elliot. WOW! Should be a good night. LOL ;D Nice one Lee - thanks again for this excellent story. Julie

This story keeps getting better, I can't wait for the next installment. I wish Elliot would get a move on and walk (or wheel or crawl...) Lise into bed though. The suspense is driving me mad.
Rob.

I'm with Rob. Going nuts here, Lee. Isn't it enough that I have to live in Alabama? Now I must also live with story deprivation? (I think you're trying to pay me back for being so slow w/ the Alex stories.) MORE MORE MORE MORE!!!!!

Let's hear it for mathy musicians I always thought maths and music were so closely tied with one another. Look at Bach's composition, it has a certain amount of mathematical genius (heck, a lot of it). And you have to be rather creative and artistic to play with maths (I'm not talking about the ABC's of basic maths here). I think too much is made of the difference between arts and science. Just a couple different expression of similar things, I believe... <shrug> My 2 (devaluated) cents
