Annabelle's latest book, The Time Traveler's Boyfriend, is free on Kindle today through Wednesday! Get all the international links here: devlovepress.com/press-kit-the-time-travelers-boyfriend/It has Annabelle's signature humor but it's also deeply moving and romantic at the same time. Claudia’s geeky boyfriend Adam has just invented a time machine.
No, really—he has. She doesn’t believe it either until Adam provides her with definitive proof that he does, in fact, have a functioning time travel device sitting in the living room of his Manhattan brownstone.
But instead of getting ready to accept the Nobel Prize, Adam has very different plans for his groundbreaking invention. He wants Claudia to use the machine to travel back in time and stop the accident that landed him in a wheelchair over a decade ago, and prevent the trajectory of events that he believes ruined his life.
When Claudia reluctantly agrees to become the first human time traveler, she knows she’s making a big gamble. If she succeeds, she could have the happy ending with commitment-phobic Adam that she’s always dreamed of. But if she fails, it could mean the end of the universe as she knows it.

Yeay! This book is SO good. Definitely Annabelle's best! Don't let the SF premise throw you--the things she says about relationships and maturing from your 20s to your 30s are so true. It's very sweet and touching. If you haven't got a copy yet, now's your chance.

I read it all in one go. I loved it! Should I review on Amazon? It will of course be a glowing review.

WOW that is a crazy review. Even better the super defensive response to your comment. How DARE you judge her for being morally superior to you! Sad, because there actually is very little sex in the book; it's pretty mild compared to many other romance novels. But this person said she had started 12 other books and gave up, so it seems she is aware of this. Pro tip: stick to the Christian section if you want a sex-free romance. Poor Annabelle, she gets the craziest reviews

Apparently I have low moral character because I questioned this person's review.

That was partly my falut, though, for being foolish enough to think that they word "inspiration" could apply to disability and not just religion. Sigh. Won't make that mistake again!

One of the e-publishers I have bought from in the past calls them "ennoble."
I don't much like that either.

Huh. I've never heard that one!
Part of me wants to stay away from the cringe-worthy cliche phrases used to mean disability but then another part of me thinks that people who want devy books but don't know much about it are going to be using words like that for searching. Trying to figure out how to reach those people without using offensive tags on the books!
