It was an act of God on the one hand (rivers overfloweth from too much raineth) and act of stupidity on the other (water company released the dams at the 11th hour and the main sewage plant couldn't handle the deluge). End result.... undigested peanuts on my living room carpet and over 100k worth of loss.

Wow, i just read this, AB...i'm srry you've had it so bad with flooding. That's fuckin crazy, evacuating with a boat and gutting your house. Weren't you going to rent to downstairs to a wheeler??? Anyway, glad you're ok...hope you get things back to normal quick!!!
I was just looking at the devastation in Greenburg, KS from that monster tornado. I'm amazed how fast our lives can be changed.

Tony, I was going to rent. Had it all set up for May 1st occupancy. Thank god the place was empty and my renter turned out to be a female friend and not a cute male wheeler (can you say INFIDELITY??) Anyhoo, she still wants the place as soon as it is returned to it's natural state.
Me... I want to move to the UK with all these hot wheelers.
