I've had this ongoing fantasy of a personal attendant getting a little more 'personal' Anyone ever had this happen to them or have been the attendant? C'mon, I'm not the only quad who needs a bit of "help" now & then... ;D QQ

I can think of more occassions than i can count, weather it be the aide that cleaned my penis a lil too vigorously (for cleanliness, not pleasure) or wen in a small shower u both get wet & one get caught staring. Even the aide/friend who hangs out gets a lil buzzed & tells u things u never thought ud hear. Maybe I should be more explicit in the story section. So yeah ive very "personal" w/ a few of my aides. Anyone interested just ask

Of course every wheeler has had those fantasies about some aide(s), nurse(s) or therapist(s) whether in the hospital or at home. And, like most fantasies, they are just that, non-reality based thoughts about things even we truly don't believe will happen, no matter how much we overtly flirt anyway, imagining the "possibilities".
Myself, I've always found hospital workers attractive (love good looking women in scrubs!), having started my training/career as far back as an internship program in a hospital in high school, followed by the usual pre-med lab tech jobs in college, and my subsequent graduate education/career starting in med school and hospital/university laboratories since then. I dated nurses and lab workers before my injury, and of course was attracted to a whole bunch of hotties in the hospital post-injury despite my significant other (a graduate school trained microbiologist/biotech firm administrator) and their own significant others (hey, I'm a guy, deal with it!).
Well, all I can say is that good things happen to me in hospitals and thank God for the women who work there! As I was about to be discharged from the rehab hospital to a nursing home (my friends were still in the process of purchasing and remodeling a condo to make it accessible) one of the hot, married (total MILF) attendants on the night shift started spending my last 2 nights hanging in my room and cuddling in bed with me...totally out of the blue to me, I was shocked, amazed and grateful! After being discharged, she would visit me in the nursing home, and make-out sessions led to "conjugal visits" with "Do Not Disturb" signs on my room door. The running joke was which "girlfriend" was visiting, the one I was co-habitating with at the time of my injury (who was getting very distant emotionally in preparation for total separation apparently) or the married one. Thankfully they worked different hours, so they never even came close to overlapping visits.
Even stranger, however, proving as they say that "when one door closes, another opens" is the fact that one of the nurse's aides at the nursing home (married) started "dating" me when my significant other finally broke ties with me. So, the sexual competition continued, and when I finally broke things off with the hospital aide, and was finally living here in my condo, I began dating the divorced physical therapist that I started therapy with at the local rehab hospital when I was still in the nursing home.
And this is totally ignoring the more than friendly home health aides after that!
Ah, I love hospitals and healthcare workers! But I'm older now, and I'd settle for a monogamous relationship with one adventurous and unattached woman now, but all the better if she wears scrubs to work, and looks good in them!
So the moral of the story: everyone fantasizes about their healthcare workers, but look out, because while you're busy fantasizing about one of them, someone else may be fantasizing about you if you're lucky!

Well, here I am, having been an RN forever and ever....and even a Director of Nursing from time to time. I have had patient's who were so smoking hot that I had to change my scrubs by the end of shift, but NEVER and I mean NEVER did I cross the line from professional to personal. The tempations have been there, believe you me.
As a nurse I have certainly also had my share of dirty old men as patients (ugh!) who attempt to parade around naked in their rooms or sit with Mr. Happy hanging out to suprise me.
I chose to work with kids....much safer.
PS, I haven't been online because my house took 4 feet of water in last week's storm and I lost the entire bottom half of my house. It was bad.

Yeah, no, not every wheeler...
...on the few occasions that I have had to interact with the above...I don't know whether I've had the completely (and most consistent) horrible luck like usual, but I've never had an aide, nurse, or therapist that was attractive in the least bit...
...never, have not had a single fantasy, because that would just be wrong to fantasise about the...*shudders* ones I was forced to work with.

AB,
So sorry to hear about your house. I hope you don't get the insurance runaround, the damage is devastating enough.
As far as crossing lines, with the exception of home health aides, all my sexual encounters with staff were after I was discharged as an inpatient, although the ball may have started rolling as I was getting ready for discharge. And although not quite a soap opera, the rehab hospital was filled with staff who were married to/in LTR's/had been in LTR's with former patients who they often did meet at work, but in my 5 months there, there were no ongoing romances/sexual dalliances between staff and patients, THAT all took place after discharge. (But knowing that there were relationships after SCI was in itself very therapeutic and reassuring!) And the women I WAS with did not make a habit of it, the married attendant from the hospital had NEVER cheated on her husband before (and that was after almost 2 decades of marriage to her H.S. boyfriend), despite him having cheated on her a couple of times, and the aide in the nursing home had only had an affair once before on her husband in her days before healthcare and college when she was a stripper (and that guy pretty much paid the down payment on her and her husband's house!), not to justify adultery, but it does OCCASSIONALLY happen.
Wind,
What can I say dude, you live in the wrong place! Thank God for college girls and the home health care industry, and I can't even imagine the hospitals where you are if you say the staff was that unattractive! All I know is that it was very comforting to be in the presence of sweet and good-lucking staff after suffering an SCI, nevermind the fact that I previously had only spent 1 night in a hospital, and that was precautionary after a monkey bite, but that, as they say, is a whole other story!

*huge hugz*, my dear absinthe....... i did rehab back in '82...the 1st morning my weekday pca intro'ed herself,,and yeah, she was major league fine, she asked how i liked to be revived each morning,,,i told her "with a cup of black cofffee & a kiss to sweeten it"...why was i suprised the next day? but other than that there was nothing of interest to tell...i was married & while my wife rarely came to the hospital other than for dinner, the grrlz all knew i was married, and most importantly, i knew.... all these years later...i dated a "traveling nurse" who was an sci nurse which was fine until 1 night she tried to be MY nurse when i had some difficulties,,,her uninvited attention humiliated me,,not as a crpster but as HER lover...i had to send her down the road cuz,,,at least for me...a woman can be my caregiver or my lover but not both...maybe that helped bring about the end of my marriage,,,or at least sealed my resolve to leave...im not ready to visit that yet (if ever)...during my numerous hospital stays since feb '06 ive done plenty of flirting (is anybody the least bit surprised? )and had plenty of flirting back,,,but u gotta remember i'm 51 years old and most nurses & CNA's/techs are 20+ years younger than me,,and, crip or bipedal, age matters...always...BUt that hot lil redhaired student nurse i had during my 1st stint,,,when she came in w/ bedbath supplies and fire in her eyes, saying, 'teddy bear im about to give u a story to take home about the hot little redhaired student nurse and the bath she gave you."...and she did...if i wasnt so damned lazy i surely woulda got myself arrested for skulking about the halls of the nursing school after i got better ;D...now i just do a "prairie dog" everytime i see a pair of scrubs that has red hair on top...just wishin n hopin

Well, ray, in answer to your question of about 2 weeks ago. I (we/ the entire family and half of my town) were evacuated by boat. My home had over 4 feet of water and raw sewage. The entire first floor is a total loss. I hired an independent adjuster as it took 2 weeks for my regular adjuster to get to me from Arizona. We had some of the worst flooding in New Jersey in over 100 years.
I am back in the house only because I have a second kitchen upstairs that is usable. The downstairs is gone....electric has been rewired, sewage powerwashed and bleached away. Drywall and insulation are removed and the house is down to bare skeleton.
I HATE THIS!!!!

Damn, that really sucks, I do hope it all gets straightened out. Was the flooding natural (because of rain, melting snow) or something else? Up here there was some flooding as well, the Connecticut River overflowed in places, but we didn't get it so bad.
