Happy to hear you finally rest well for one night, Tony... y gracias lindo, por las bellas palabras. Which is the drug of the "Advair"?... About 22 years ago, lots of docs wanted to "fill me up" with steroids for my allergics problems (at the begining, it caused me bronchus spasm), I hated the steroids. So, I learn to live with these "episodes" and I take it with calm so I can breath without using drugs. About DrH, I would swear that guess was a "he". Nice mistery!!

Tony- glad you got some rest and are on the mend. You and your dark haired girls! Looks like us blonds don't stand a chance.

ceftriaxone, or Rocephin, is specific to certain types of bacteria that cause respiratory tract infections, but since it acts against a wide variety of other bacteria too (including those causing skin infections ear infections, uti's and meningitis only to name a few) it is used blindly often as an empirical treatment for patients with infection.
Oral Candida or other types of of Candida (Ladies pprefer to call it thrush) caused by candidiasis albicans result when the body's natural 'flora and fauna' have been disrupted and therefore allowing the fungi that is Candida to grow, it is easily treated, long term antibiotic and steroid use cause a break down of the body's own immune system and the growth of candida is a consequence.
Dr.H is very amused by Tony's fantasy

...well, I find Blondes quite alright myself...I'm definitely not one to discriminate. I have heard of the fungi thing that goes on myself...weird, like growing 'shrooms in your mouth.

Faith...I don't dislike blondies, and I've had blond girlfriends in past. But the dark thick hair and long eyelashes that frame those deep eyes make me weak. I had a Spanish g/f in early 90s, and everything about her turned me on.
Dr Hi.....I need an appointment!!!! My Bronchial tube is still tickling, making me cough all the time. Besides, I want to watch you read my chart. hehe
The other night, i drove to Tampa to meet some people. One of them was a quad, and the guy is interning with one year left to become a full physician. His specialty will be SCI and rehab. He is a Physiatrist, and was in town for conferences. I'm amazed coz he doesn't look as functional as me, but i admire anybody who pursues their dreams, and conquers.
AB - I'm not doing the Advair much coz I don't think it works much.

People like Dr. H kind of intimidate me I confess...especially if she is female. Someone that smart, articulate and well-trained...well it kind of makes me feel a bit inadequate-sort of, sometimes.
Any other guys feel this way about super smart, super competant chicks?

blondes are okay w/ me, too...hellz fuzzyz, i was married to 1 for mumblety-2 yrs...same answer for very smart, very competent women,,,my ex can design an interstate highway or repair your plumbing while cooking fried chicken that is moist but not greasy...while the dark hair & eyes can melt me into a puddle, i get that sudden intake of air & knot in my throat when i see a striking redhead....oftimes their green eyes seem to be saying, "i can do with you as i please & resistence is futile"...but for a woman to keep my interest beyond the moment she's gotta be able to express intelligence & humor...
note: i found advair to have zero effect, too

There is something about redheads; especially the ones with ultra pale skin, freckles and BRIGHT

'Veniam, videbo, vincam.' lol, like I said I don't discriminate...Redheads have a special place in my heart as well. Smart women are preferrable, especially ones that can understand obscure comedy...which is where I often get into trouble...I hate having to try and explain something simple I said because a woman 'doesn't get it'. And if I am talking about the Roman Empire, I don't wan't her to be thinking about her shoes lol. So smart = good. ...though it can be scary sometimes, at certain points.

Intelligent women don't intimidate me. If they're friendly, articulate and can converse without being condescending I enjoy exchanging thoughts and ideas together while learning from one another. Now if they are condescending and act superior to others including me I figure they need to be somewhere else with someone else.
Blonds, brunettes or redheads? I like to see beauty in everyone. To me flirtatious eye contact is one of my biggest turn-ons along with the way she moves. Still dark hair and eyes absent of any other stimuli can get me thinking...maybe 'cause I'm the opposite-blond/blue eyes.

Yes, if they act cocky and superior...then it can seem 'threatening'...but even I don't mind that really, because it's almost like a challenge/encouragement to step it up a level. Arrogance on the other hand is a seperate story.

Wow, "intelligence" is so hard to pinpoint... being book-smart is not always intelligent in other ways. i'd rather be "emotionally intelligent!!"
