"A Justified Grudge"


You want to accept your apology

But you won't take into account

The heartbreak you did unto me

I get that you feel stupid

Rather than remorse

All I can say is

Of course you are

You say something now

but you disregard the scar

All I can say is your apology

Is not close to on par

You come forward now

And say it was done in cowardice

That doesn't make it any less wrong or any more nice

You say it's because

you didn't want to hurt me

Then why choose such a poor reason

As my disability

You want me to just go

And wash your hands clean

After you've said something so harsh and obscene

I don't care anymore

You've said what you've said

The ball's in my court

I declare the relationship dead
