Haven't read it yet, but a new book just came out that might be of interest. It is called "Rolling Home" by Austin Charters. The author was paralyzed when he was 12 in a hunting accident and he draws on his own experience in writing this book. It is fiction and young adult. From the summary, it sounds like it could be pretty devvy. I'm traveling next week and plan to read it on the plane. I'll report back but figured I'd share in case anyone was looking for some weekend reading. :-) Figured I would post a quick follow-up... have started this book and am about 25% through. Nothing devvy for me yet. He is waiting for the love interest to come visit him in rehab (that is only 50 miles from home, yet a 7 hour drive road trip?), so it could take a turn, but based on the writing style, I don't think it will. Anyone else check it out?

Ok I have to admit that with all my obsessing lately about fan fiction, I inevitably starting writing some myself. I opened up an account on AO3 under the name DevoGirl and reposted a bunch of old fanfic I wrote a long time ago.
I've also been posting a new M-M fic shipping Daredevil-Hawkeye. I've never written anything like this before, and I'm dying of embarrassment just to admit it, but at the same time I'm having too much fun to stop now. I made it super devvy (to my tastes anyway) so please read if slashy superhero fanfic is your thing. You don't have to have an account to read/like/comment.

Did she ever release the sequel to The Glass Admiral? I don't think so - at least I couldn't find it.

Thank you for sharing! Those books look interesting and it seems like the author might be a dev. But she's so coy about what exactly the disability is. I hate that! Can you give us a little more detail?

Did she ever release the sequel to The Glass Admiral? Was wondering the same thing and then saw she had High Horse Bastard out. Weird. Anyway, just bought it. Glad you liked that one too.

The High Horse Bastard is not my usual fare or disability! However- it has triggered the biggest DEV High I have ever had-and I am not sure I will ever recover 😮😮!!! I love the perspective of the PWD!!!

Totally agree blueskye101 - didn't one sentence just end mid-stream? But, despite that - WHEW!!!!! Still thinking about it !
