Hello
I'm a heterosexual male devotee in the planning phase of writing a piece of devotee fiction, in which the plot revolves around a female and a male devotee meeting, getting to know each other well and eventually making each others fantasy a reality. With that in mind, I would very much like to get in touch with a female devotee of paraplegic men, since that could help me understand the opposite side of the equation better, and in turn write a better story. Several aspects of the process and story could potentially be improved by the addition of a collaborator with an opposite perspective, for instance dialogue, but the most important thing is getting to know what makes a female devotee "tick". I thought of paradevo.net not long after I got the idea, but I did not want to sign up myself, as that would explicitly break the rules of the site.
Sincerely, Martin Eriksen (my pen name)

I read recently a story written by a straight male dev and found similarities to female dev stories and wondered whether it would be beneficial for both sides to get to know the perspective of the other. Guess this could be helpful for self recognition through the difference but also get rid of eventual preconceptions and maybe result in a mutual learning and even better self acceptance
This is why I find your story idea very cool but since I do not qualify I hope somebody gets in touch with you. Would love to read your story

I love collaborative novels. David Levithan is one of my favourite YA authors and this seems to be his speciality. I nominate annabelle. I don't have the writing gene, so I would be no help at all!

I nominate anyone but me! Haha we all scream "not it!" at the same time.

It sounds like it could be an interesting collaboration!
Female writers, where are you?
Also, his pen name totally sounds like someone from my country :-)

The author asked me to send this clarification:
"I see from the replies that people seem to be under the impression that I'm looking for another writer. That is not necessarily the case. What I need is more of a consultant. It's not detrimental to be a writer, but it's not necessary either."
