My first story Idea

I have an idea for a story. I will try to describe a regular day for me. I am absolutely no author and English is not my first language.

Here's my idea at large. I will describe my thoughts and so detailed it only goes how I take from myself from A to B. And what I do not know is that my new personal assistant is a devotee who is on my first day with me.

So after I'm done, it would be great fun to read thoughts of you from this forum that you go into my devo character and write how your thoughts go during my day.

At first I would do that myself but I don't know how to combines both thoughts and feeling in a good way in text

So I thought it's more fun to have different story's writing back to me from real devotees.

Honestly, I would not participate in anything like that with a person I don't know and I do like to write.
Beside a kind of vulnerability being a devotee for me is also an intimate and deep thing and I would not just write back and forth about those things with just anyone. Takes a lot more for me to do that and a deeper connection.

Maybe you just need to write your own story but be careful. It's one thing to write about your fantasies when it comes to devotees or what you think we are like and actually learning about us and shape your views from that. Of course if you want to go only the fantasy route all doors are open for writing that.

Yeah, I'm a writer, too. I've participated in a few collaborative efforts over the years, nothing ever worked it's way to a satisfactory ending.

That said, back in the day a few of us participated in a story in the story section (shocker) before there was a real story blog. Anyone who wanted would pick up the story and write a bit. It was fun.

As for sending along writing to a stranger, eh, I'd pass.

I would strongly encourage you to read the story blog. If you find an author who's work really resonates with you, perhaps you could propose a collaboration after you get to know each other?

PD isn't really a good place for instant gratification, be it romance, friendship or any other kind of relationship. Many on here have had many sketchy encounters so we will keep a certain distance until we feel comfortable.

Participation is truly the key to the kingdom. Read *a lot* and participate where you feel you have something to say. People will get to know you and friendships will form.

Then you'll see who is interested in collaborating with you.
