Shallow? Gee, I was kinda hoping you were. What guy doesn't want to meet women whose motives are as transparent as ours are. Honestly though, while I'm not some guy on here "desperate" to meet women, I'm always up for meeting fun and interesting (of course, hot doesn't hurt either!) people for who knows what .

You know something Mike, I have yet to meet anyone on this site who was desperate to meet anybody. It just seems like people here get to know eachother through conversation, private messages and posting.
The rare person (whether dis. or not) who presents themselves on our board as a piece of packaged meat up for anyones' grab seems to be a turn off and doesn't get much response. Especially those who think that all they have to do is say "Hi, I'm a para, come get me." It just doesn't work that way.
As you will soon learn about us devs, aside from being mostly very hot (I've seen pics and we are), we are also into the whole person, not just the disability. The wheelchair is like an added bonus, if you will, but certainly not the sole reason to enter into a dialogue. I personally have made some wonderful friendships here and have come to a much better understanding of what I once considered a "taboo" kind of thing.

I have made a few friends on here and also like to flirt sometimes. I dont know if many devotees actually want to meet wheelchair users for real, maybe due to other commitments, finances, disatance apart etc ( though some members of the board have managed too i am happy to add) sometimes it might also be that the fantasy is better then the reality. It is just great that we can get together and chat about these issues, and makes friends all over the world in the process
