I saw nothing offensive in what zealandia posted with regards the the men on Enabled Dating. I was on there for a while on two separate occasions (and very openly as a dev) on my dating journey in the not-too-distant past. I totally agree with him that a lot of men on there couldn’t write a decent sentence if their lives depended on it and as for their profiles? Sheesh...what a pile of poo!! Anyone who was the least bit verbose stood out like a shining light. Not that there were many. But you only need one, right? I even considered starting up a business writing profiles for people and taking decent profile pictures of them (another skill so few seem to possess), but then thought how disappointed potential partners would probably be if they ever met that person IRL. The same was true with my experiences on the ‘regular’ dating sites, so it’s certainly not a slur on disabled men, just on lazy, illiterate, numpty cockwombles in general. |

I guess I am another confused by this response. Found nothing pompous, bullying or offensive here. In fact, he did not even want to add the second part to the post he said but was encouraged by a dev. Welcome and ignore the crankiness that sometimes blows in
