Here I am in Germany to try the next day to fly in a wind tunnel. In the picture I try a typical Swedish nicotine rush "snus", you put in a small bag under your lip. I do not recommend it !! I I threwed up later in the evening   |

 Here is my club foot. The story I was told was it was caught around a rib but with no muscles present it grew as such  I work out. No I don’t |

On my legs I’ve got a bone sticking out below my right knee, it’s visible and my feet had the big toes nails removed.
My left foot turns in and so does my right, oh and I’ve got the quad belly and much more.
My arms are like sticks after 28 years, hence mouth control chair on the horizon.

No I don’t You are much brave than me, I'm not really there yet to post pictures on me body without clothes. thumbs up for you, really. "work out" can be lifting that heavy cellphone to make that selfie  How does it work with shoes for you? is that a problem? |

yes, i only can bow my arms on 90° But it disturbed me not too much. Because i can ask someone to help or stick closer to it. hehe xD

I don’t wear shoes so I pretty much just wear plain Jane black or white socks if I go out. I guess I could wear one shoe but why? Lol |
