Welcome Tony. There is a thread that is permanently pinned to the "general discussion" forum about how to post an avatar. You click on your name on one of your posts and it takes you to a place where you can modify your profile. You must upload your photos from a URL, so what you need to use is a place like "Photobucket" where you can upload pics on your computer and give them a URL designation.
BTW, your website is very cool. I did the copy and paste. You are also one handsome man! Is your family from Cuba? You have those smoldering looks.

Heyyyy thanks for the "warm welcomes" from those who did, and i'll try to follow your instructions, AB, about posting a photo, but it sounds tricky, and i'm more "technically challenged" than "physically challenged". lol
Nope, not from Cuba, but you're right, those people have beautiful looks. I work with many Latinas, and they usually have those incredibly 'smoldering loks' you mention. I'm flattered that you said that...; ) I'm actually Italian/Spanish/Irish, so i'm a mutt, but i do look very Italia, which, by the way, USA is playing Italia today in World Cup. I just started getting into this World Cup this year, despite playing soccer a few years in high school.

Heyyyy, my man, Triassic....you're a cool dude, too, and thanx for turning me on to this site. It's been very interesting for two reasons: 1st, i live in the AB World almost all the time, all my buddies are AB and 99% of coworkers are AB, so it's cool to hear other views, especially girls. 2nd, while i've girls attracted to me, i never thought it was the chair that allured them. In fact, i know it wasn't in most cases, but i do remember in the beginning post injury, when i was in terrible shape, there were girls completely attracted to me....one night a respitory therapist was giving me chest-therapy, we were talking closely about my accident...suddenly she kissed the hell outta me. she ran out of the room. She came back next day and apologized...i told her i LOVED it, don't worry, but i never saw her again. So, still not sure if that's "devo" material...i think it pulled her emotions in strange ways...it's ok coz i think the site of me messes with people's emotions anyway, in most cases...not in all. Dolly...i've had lots of girls, and have an AB lover now, but i always thought it was ME, not chair. haha I'm going to write a few TRUE stories of sexual escapades in my past for the fun of it...you guys might dig em!! peace out....tony www.anthonyrainstarez.com
