Thank you all for your nice comments. manicpixiememegirl I have a Canon 77D and the lenses I took the hair-ice with were a 50mm f1.4 fixed focal length and a 70-200mm f4. the 50mm definitely gave the better output but I wanted to try both and see the difference. Since you liked these fluffy hairy little things so much, I got three more. But that's it....    And here's one from yesterday. It's certainly not a masterpiece of photography art but I just love how that tree grew into the rock. Can you see tat little heart-shaped rock in the roots of the tree?  |

so I was at this nice bridge today. It was only built in 2015 but thanks to Instagram it became very popular in Germany. Usually I think there’s a lot of people there but I got this great 10 minutes where nobody else was there and was able to take some nice shots.and if anyone wants to check for more photos of that bridge: it’s called Geierlay bridge.    |

It’s kind of seldom because it only happens when there was rain for a few days and afterwards cold below freezing point. So there is little ice crystals that grow mostly on dead wood. |

it’s already kind of cliche to come here since that’s also a thing that became really popular on Instagram... but I dont mind, I wanted to see this castle before Instagram even existed 😂 It’s called castle “Eltz”. There’s only nature around and it fells like if your thrown back to medieval times. However the scaffolding tells the truth... we’re in 2020 now.   |
