Yep, the 1st floor, quasi-accessible apartment is back up for rent again, on a short or longer term basis. The fellow who is in there now is such a slob that I can smell his garbage rotting straight up the stairs. It's time for a cleaning service and a 30 day letter of warning to clear out.

Yeah, I guess I shouldn't complain it usually is 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday for me, or during other occasions.
