Hi all, I’ve been a member here on and off for a few years, but been through a few upheavals and stuck in a loooooong dev low for some time. I seriously thought my dev side had died for good. Now I finally feel like I’m coming out the other side of it and want to (re)share my older drawings and newer photos with my fellow PD’ers. There are lots of members here I do know, but probably more I don’t, so if you are interested in positive images of male wheelers, from a female dev perspective, perhaps you’d enjoy the stuff I do? There’s a mix of drawings and photos. All subjects willingly gave their permission for me to draw/photograph them, so no weird stalker dev action here. :-) Anyway, I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoyed producing them and...well...I’ve kind of missed you all. Inky xx

The last thing I’d want is for anyone to get an inferiority complex from looking at my stuff. It’s meant to promote the opposite! They are not all super muscly. There’s a good mix in there I think - and they are all real! No fantasy, I promise.

I wasn't to serious, but what strikes me is that most Devs seem in to this gym type paras. Like today i saw this other thread, where someone is linking this republican muscleguy. Then i saw your first pic in the album (couldnt see the others not registered) and this came to my mind. I feel a little bit dissapointed, because when i came here it was like wow now your skinny legs or body are admired by these women. Now i feel like you have to be a healthy muscle para to be hot or attractive for the devs here.

You are jumping to a big conclusion based on 1 piece of artwork from 1 lady

Perhaps you should register then vienna37wheel, as they are not all like that. I draw what I like to see, but have also drawn pictures that people have sent me to draw. I’m sorry you were disappointed. I want my art to be a positive thing, especially for disabled guys, so I’m gutted they have the opposite effect on you. Please don’t think all devs are attracted to the same thing, or body type, because we aren’t. We are all as individual in our likes as you men are.

I for one am not into super muscular guys, but I know others are and that’s super ok. It just means there’s someone for everyone out there!

vienna37wheel First of all, I was the one who posted that link to the Republican muscle guy, and that was in Devs-only. Part of respecting the community here means not reading devs-only and not quoting or referring to posts there. Devs-only exists because devs want a space to talk to each other without having to defend ourselves or be criticized by the wheeler guys here, so knock it off. If you don't like what you see in devs-only, don't read it.
Secondly, all people, dev or not, male and female, enjoy looking at certain types but that doesn't mean they will only date that one ideal specimen. Yeah, that guy is hot but I would never want to date him or even have a conversation with him because his values are so far from mine (also he's young enough to be my kid, haha). I've been with lots of different people but none of them ever looked like that (go read Devo Diary for details), and I never felt like I was missing out on anything.
The sporty para type is popular around here but it doesn't mean devs only like that type. You are applying a mental filter to willfully ignore all the posts about the hotness of quads. Right now on the stories site (linked at the top of every page as " Original Devotee Fiction") there is a new novel by Annabelle about a high quad, and a m-m story by Lovis about a guy with quad CP. Both are really popular at the moment. If you want to read more of what the devs are thinking without invading the privacy of devs-only, go look at the stories site.

Dev women are just like non dev women, we like all sorts of men and have different attractions or like different features of PWD. Of course there are the "hot" ideal PWD that we may swoon over but it doesn't mean that we only want that, that is so wrong. And to me personally it comes down a lot to character, just like with AB guys. A guy can be hot and all but if his character is "meh" the hotness means nothing...and guys who think they are irresistible are not attractive to me either.

Now i feel like you have to be a healthy muscle para to be hot or attractive for the devs here. Oh mate ... that statement couldn't be farther from the truth if you tried 🙄🙄 There are devs of every variety here, not just 'para' devs. Now I'm one of those skinny legged paras, neither sporty or muscular. Unless your counting my 'one pack' as muscular, I'd say more cuddly n squishy but that's me. I wouldn't say that visually I'm particularly hot, but I've had a varied and active sex life amd a few women have found me 'hot' so there must be something else to 'hotness' beyond apperance and that is what goes on between your ears. Physical appearance at times can be so superficial. Beautiful body over a beautiful mind? I know which I'd pick. There isnt anything wrong in recognising the physical hotness of anyone (we all do it). Doesnt mean an ideal partner has to have that physicality. Right gotta go, should have logged on incognito and I'm getting a deluge of pm's from devs wanting a piece of me, it's hard being a para at times 😬😬

Thanks for the welcome back and compliments wonk, lisa and Cheezus Sliced . It’s good to be back amongst those who (mostly) understand the way I see the world.
