Talk more on the forum threads so that:
1) People know you exist.
2) We can get an idea of who you are.
3) You get enough of your personality out there, so that someone wants to reach out and form a connection with you - or you with them.
4) It’s a bit like creating yourself a decent profile on a dating app. You have to capture someone’s interest. If you write nothing, how can you hope to spark an interest in someone else?
Or did you just mean you want to see cute devs in their Doc Marten’s?

Try not to sound desperate, that's the first step. Make yourself appear interesting. People want to converse with interesting people, so tell the forum what you do, what you like to do, what your goals and aspirations are. Tidy up your spelling and grammar. Type it in a word processor first to find any errors if need be. Best of luck to you.

Get a recent picture that clearly shows your face, no other people in the shot. Host it somewhere else and link to it here so it can be larger and better resolution. Try not to add photos as attachments.

This thread is making me laugh.
You are actually quite a good looking guy but the photos look like you are hanging around street corners drinking cheap cider, and the smoking one makes you look like a big issue seller!
