Does anyone participate in National Novel Writing Month (NANOWRIMO)? The goal is to write 50,000 words in the month of November.
I'm planning on participating for the 7th year and am working on finishing up my first dev romance novel. If anyone is also interested in participating, I'd love to connect either here or on the site itself to cheer each other on.

Yeay, very exciting! I write way too slowly to do this, and it's not good timing for me; I'm at different stages with a few projects at the moment. But I'm always happy when people write more dev novels. Go for it! So will you share it on the PD stories site, or self-publish on Amazon?

Once I have it mostly finished,I'm planning on posting it here on weekly installments. Looking to December, most likely!

I write all year, and never cared for NaNoWriMo because to me, it feels forced. Writing 50,000 words in a month seems like a great way to burn out. But if people like to participate, I encourage you and wish you the best of luck

In fact, the book I just published (not devvy at all- it's a YA mystery) came from NANOWRIMO 5 years ago!
