I love Solsbury Hill too. This is well written, but I'm not so fond of the suicidal hints. Don't, just don't. Here's a number... 1-800-784-2433 (1-800-suicide)... since you won't use the other one. And no, I never know what's going on inside your head. If that's what you're saying.

Why do I feel like I'm being referenced and have no idea why?
I'm always outta the loop...

WOW.
I agree Clover. It almost sounds like a poetic suicide note.
So, who are you writing about? Is this real life experience?

Why do I feel like I'm being referenced and have no idea why? I'm always outta the loop... . Windrider687: I think an apology and/or explanation - preferably followed by a deletion - are in order here for the last four of your "poems" - and I know at least four other name-given people who would say the same! Are you going to stop writing about us and wash your dirty laundry at home instead? Or how badly do you want a public war and things out in the open? Your call! .

Sorry DD. This sucks. Really sorry. No idea these were personal about ppl on the board. Wow. Not comfortable. A bit scary.
As far as suicidal thinking. If anyone, at any time feels that way, it has to be taken very seriously! Please talk to someone or seek help right away.

Which is why I motion for a deletion. And I agree completely with BA about the urgent necessity of seeking professional help to deal with suicidal thoughts. It must not be taken lightly.

Road to Gardermoen
Morning Light, Holy Sight; On the road again…
Flying away; No, I cannot stay; I hope you’ll understand…
Going on home tonight, I’ll just fly out of sight, Laying down my weary eyes, Resting on your faraway dreams.
Dreams must take due flight, Farewell to those wishes that died, Look for me in the morning light, Resting on your faraway dream.
Magic One, All our Dreams have come, Still I have no faith today…
The Sun will rise, In your sea-blue eyes, I’ve got to slip away…
…but it will do no good, to drown in that sea, just whisper my name, and set yourself free.
So your heart breaks, For the choices You must make… Please sleep and dream of me…
**********
Is it Midnight?
Six hours and 1.237 km for each… 24 Hours never enough for you to stay on my mind…
The dark of Midnight is on her side of the world. Will I ever catch the lovely girl?

Thanks for reviving this thread! I totally missed it when reading though the old ones before I became a member. All of your writing is beautiful! But I can definatly see the progression from the first to the the last. It just keeps getting better. You've grown as a poet and as a person. I'm going to to read it all again now. And try to figure out what I missed...
Thanks for sharing. And not deleting some of the poems. Everyone has a right to self expression. Sometimes writing is an outlet. A way to express emotion making it not so difficult to endure.
It's the people who can't find that outlet that you have to worry about.
