My pain is pure

Pure in its sheer intensity

I am revealed in my pain

It gives me strength…in times of need

It fuels my soul, and it pumps my blood

My pain knows no limits

It can consume me when I least expect it to

It reminds me that I am alive

My pain is priceless…I wouldn’t trade if for the world

For if I ever lost my pain, I will lose a part of me

I love my pain because it is unique

My pain makes me cry, but also makes me happy

I do not fear my pain or try to avoid it
