I've recently started playing League of Legends, and so far I am 100% completely hooked. Trying to relive my youth I think. I might be hopeless playing alone, but when I team up with a friend on Skype, I don't do too bad. Anyway, if any LOL players feel like adding me to their LOL friends, feel free. I'm in Oceania and my summoner name is.... um.... er.... NymphoChick .... trust me, it was just for laughs.

Well I got Dragon Age Origins and let me tell you something. Never before have I been so emotionally invested in a game. This is due to the depth of the characters and the plot and the choices that we the player are forced to make as the consequences of our own actions, or words in this case.
Lots of reading.
But that's a good thing.

The Steam sale is on! Anyone get any good deals? Fallout 4 and Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, both %50 off and sitting in my wishlist for a while. Still playing Total War: Warhammer mostly.

The Steam sale is on! Anyone get any good deals? Meh, I picked up two copies of Terraria for $10 to play with my little cousins, but other than that there really isn't anything worth getting that I haven't played.

I don't understand the Pokémon craze seems very repetitive

I guess it's the repitition in part that makes it so popular and also somewhat addictive. Plus with presumably 20+ years worth of Pokemon in the newer games encompassing all generations in the newest installments, there's something for new players and something for those who've loved it since they were kids.

Pokemon Go has ruined my life Because you're obsessing over it, and realised that the originals are nearly twenty years old? I wish I could play it, but being in the UK it isn't oficially available here, (although I could download the APK) and I don't know if I'll be able to play, as I assume you have to be hands free to use it when out and about and I'm sorta stuck with using the walking stick.

It definitely is addicting, but I think it's a great direction for games to head to. Very social and interactive. If you can operate a smart phone I don't see any reason why you couldn't play it. To locate Pokemon you simply walk around, and when you find one, you throw poke balls at it on the screen. While some people simultaneously walk around and stare at it, theres really no need to. I can't really use my phone well while driving my chair but I've had no problems with it. Also if you or anyone here is having trouble using the AR Camera (requires you to aim your camera at the Pokemon), you can just turn it off.
