So, I don't even know where to start I'm new to sites like this. I mean I've always known I had a preference for men with disabilities but I always tried to ignore it so its cool to see I'm not alone. I'm still a little nervous about this so I won't be posting any pictures of me yet. Is it bad to be afraid of someone recognizing you? Idk. Well anyways I'm 23 years old. I'm Hispanic and speak fluent Spanish. 5' ft 2in tall and average body type. I'm college student trying to get my masters in psychology. I also love playing chess. If you'd like to know anything else just ask.
Thanks!!!

Don't be nervous, this is a great community to be in if your want to learn about or share experiences of Devoteeism/Disabilities. You'll fit in well, I'm sure.
Welcome!

Welcome aboard.
I think our Texas contingent has faded a bit over the last couple of years. I'd be willing to bet that the odds of anyone you know IRL recognizing you here are pretty slim. Or I'm really your next door neighbor and I've already recognized you.

I saw a chat board for BIID/Pretenders and I didn't really fit in there cause well I'm neither so I assumed there had to be a devotee board and sure enough I found ya'll. Thanks for the warm welcomes.

I actually don't live in TX, I was using "our" in the context of PD. I'm kind of jealous, the south has y'all, West coast has "hella." What do we Midwesterners have? I say "fuck" a lot, does that count?

When I went to Iowa (that's the Midwest right) I noticed that they say hello through "body language" like when you'd pass someone driving they kind of pick up their fingers from the steering wheel to say hi.

Welcome!
So, really does exist a shortage of Texans here?
That great State which had a para candidate to be its Governor? OMG, it can't be true!

Iowa is definitely Midwest. The driving thing made me laugh. When I drive, my hands are basically locked into tri-pins. One on the wheel and one for gas/brake. People will see me drive by and wave to me, expecting a wave back but I physically can't. I've had people on numerous occasions give me shit after seeing me, thinking I was just being rude for not waving until I explain why I can't wave back. So, I've been trying to do the "head nod" but it has proven to be surprisingly imperceptible, especially considering my giant head. Maybe it's too spherical and the motion just gets lost?

There was that zombie incident back in August, but it's been resolved...I think. Perk #10 In the event of a zombie apocalypse or bear attack, I'm easy to outrun. (I can't promise that I won't later eat your brains, but that's the risk you take when dating a pre-zombie.) paradevo.proboards.com/thread/6211/perks-dating-wheeler?page=4

Madison, Wisconsin.
And to save you the trip to Google, I'm about 2 or 3 hours Northwest of Chicago.
