Any metal heads!!! List bands and song and genre
edit: no death metal or black metal. But metalcore, death core, thrash metal, metal in general, punk, hardcore, grind, and old music to, no mainstream but raising mainstream is ok. And English

Ok, that's way too extensive, you have to pick some criteria. What you like, don't like, what you'd like to be recommended.
Some things I felt like hearing lately: Hamferð - Evst (doom) Vulture Industries - The Tower (avant-garde-ish) Ihsahn - The Adversary and Das Seelenbrechen (progressive-black) Professor Fate - The Inferno (experiment) Steven Wilson — Hand. Cannot. Erase.(prog)

And English Now that's better! Otherwise you would continue getting piles of death and black metal recommendations. You should check out Goodbye to Gravity - Mantras of War. Great piece of metalcore. Unfortunately also the last album of the band.

Disturbed, Shadows Fall, and All That Remains All that remains is actually the first metal band I listen to, after that my teast got more extreme. Suicide Silance for example.

I haven't actually listened to much stuff any heavier than those. I never was much of a metal head and preferred rock most the time.

Symphony X:
Iced Earth:
Sabaton:
Out of these three Sabaton is my favorite. I've seen them live three times and they're fucking amazing.
