Greetings from NW Ct! Stay warm! Honestly, don't let having your blood drawn stop you from doing something you want. Finding a vein has nothing to do with sight, so adding color to the skin shouldn't make a difference. Any good phlebotomist would be able to find a vein just as easily as before. Implying I'm getting good phlebotomists. It's not limmited to having my blood drawn though, for example they couldn't give me morphine when I broke my arm because they just couldn't find veins and did the injections the wrong way, so I had to just sort of deal with the pain until we made it to the hospital. Not cool. If they got a junkie to assist every NHS staff member that can't find veins Scotland would solve 2-3 problems at once, haha.

Hi Ingrid most of us girls here know exactly how you feel since so many of us "came out" right here on PD. I still remember my first post and that feeling of things and pieces finally falling into places... hope you will like it here and stick arround
