AB... you're right... Joy Divition has impeccable music.
Music of the 70s were great bue... don't forget the 80's!... It had great music/bands too.

A lot of good stuff came out of Australia in the 70's to. Bands like Cold Chisel, Sherbet, Little River Band, AC/DC, The Angels to name a few. A lot of these guys struggled to get airplay in the States but there music is still going strong. The best known band from the 70's to originate from here would be the Bee Gees. They started off singing on TV in Brisbane in the 60's Sadly, i don't remember most of those, Flubber, but I loved AC/DC and, sadly again, the Bee Gees UN-rocked my World when I was a teenager with Saturday Night Fever. lol However, Ozziland redeemed itself with one kickass band, INXS. The 80s were decent...some of things musically spawned from the 80s were better to have sputtered out...but some great things still happened in those eighties

Very True.
...I never really thought Tony looked *a lot* like Alice Cooper actually...there are some very basic similarities...but that's about it.

1st....I loved the 80s!!! MTV was awesome, and radio was much better!!! I fell in love with Sting's first solo LP, and i like the sexy energy RnR had (Van Halen w/Diamond Dave, Bon Jovi, Guns n Roses), there was a great original band scene here in those days (not now). 2nd...those are GREAT Alice pics, Val. And you're right, Windrider...i have basic features that match (pointy nose, blue eyes, dark hair, etc.) Here's a closer pic of me with my Brasilian friend at work. I don't i look like Alice, but other people must coz i've heard it for years.  |

lol...yeah, I kinda like that pic, too! For one thing, it's unusual, but some girl recently told me she loves a guy's back, so i thought I'd take a pic and send it to her. Also, I wasn't expecting the 'camber' of wheels to appeal to the Dev sensibilities, but hey, it's added bonus. I'm curious if there's other girls that feel an attraction to backs. I know I really love when I see a pretty back on a girl... |
