That's what sucks.
I wrote him a nice message, asked if he'd be willing to get to know each other and see what happens. He said no. He's only willing to date an hour's drive away, no more than that.

I've met someone. Girls, I need prayers and good thoughts. I'm falling hard and so help me, so's he. I so have to meet him. He's coming to Montreal next Saturday. It's kind of the long week-end. The 24th Friday, is a national holiday, it's St. John the Baptist Day. I'll be careful. He told me that I'd given him hope and that most saw him as too easy going, or saw the chair, but I actually saw him. That warms me up. A lot  I'm going to take this one day at a time. I was upset because of the closures of the bridge. I thought I was going to miss my chance with him. It's been falling down neigh on 30 years now. I've lived here 22 of those years. And I am not sure what happened, but they closed the one side completely cause it's in a critical state. Oh well, atleast it didn't fall down and no one was killed. It's closed with certain schedules until September. |

That really does suck even worse. Is he at least still talking to you? I don't know whether to push it, whether to ask to get to know each other purely as friends. I'm afraid I'm turning into a stalker! He's just so darn perfect from everything I can see. His messages back have been kind, but short and not welcoming of continued discussion. |

We started chatting about a week ago on Whispers. We got to talking and talking and talking. He's called me 2 times and he's making plans to come here. Not Friday, the Saturday, the 25th. 24th is a holiday here and heck to get to montreal. It's going to be heck just going over there. Oh well, if I go early enough.....
We have so much in common and he has a wonderful accent.
